Description
Install, configure, support, and maintain virtual and physical server environments
Manage network connectivity across switches, routers, firewalls, and Wi‑Fi, WAN, LAN, and Internet
Support and scale the storage workplace, including SAN and NAS, with clear planning for data growth
Maintain directory services, email platforms, and core internal applications and servers
Monitor system capacity, performance, availability, and security across the setting
Manage security tools and appliances, reviewing logs to confirm system and network health
Troubleshoot incidents through the ticketing system, ensuring issues are logged, tracked, and resolved

Profile
Strong understanding of networking, including WAN, LAN, VPN, routing, switches, and firewalls, with experience across MikroTik, HP, Cisco, WatchGuard, and UniFi
Comfortable managing projects, taking ownership, and turning plans into action
Hands on xperience with Windows Server, Active Directory, Exchange, EMM platforms, virtualization with VMware, and Linux
