This position is located in Ajax, and we require the candidate to either be based in this area or be open to travel.

Responsibilities:
Conduct swim lessons for individuals or groups of all ages and skill levels
Create and implement lesson plans that focus on water safety and skill development
Provide instruction on proper swimming techniques and strokes
Monitor and ensure the safety of all participants during lessons
Evaluate and track the progress of each swimmer
Maintain a clean and organized pool area

Experience:
Previous experience as a swim instructor.
Knowledge of various swimming techniques and strokes
Ability to effectively communicate and demonstrate swimming skills to students
Experience in behavior management and creating a positive learning workplace
Additional experience in competitive swimming/coaching is a plus.
