Key Responsibilities:



• Create a nurturing setting for open student communication • Offer personal and social counselling to students and families • Facilitate collaboration with community agencies and schools • Support academic development through individualized learning plans • Provide life skills instruction, including conflict resolution

Requirements: • Master's Degree in Counselling Psychology or related field • Minimum 3 years of school counselling experience • Knowledge of Indigenous cultures and teachings • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities • Commitment to creating a culturally safe environment
