This role is designed for someone with 1–3 years of recruiting experience, who thrives in rapid-paced settings and is eager to influence regional growth. Your expertise in sourcing and relationship building will be essential in this field recruitment role. Key Responsibilities:
Partner with leadership to forecast staffing needs
Conduct preliminary interviews to assess candidate fit
Facilitate various types of interviews with hiring teams
Design cutting-edge sourcing strategies for diverse talent
Build relationships with colleges and external organizations Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or HR-related certification
1–3 years of full-cycle recruitment experience
Prior Workday ATS experience preferred
Ability to travel as necessary
