Responsibilities
Perform professional sugaring hair removal treatments with precision, ensuring client comfort and satisfaction
Provide personalized consultations to assess client needs, explain procedures, and recommend suitable services
Maintain strict sanitation protocols to ensure a safe and hygienic environment for clients and staff
Deliver excellent customer service by creating a friendly, positive atmosphere that encourages repeat visits
Educate clients on aftercare procedures and products to promote optimal results and ongoing skin health




Assist with retail sales by recommending skincare products that complement sugaring treatments
Keep treatment rooms clean, organized, and fully stocked to ensure smooth daily operations

Requirements
Prior experience in body waxing or similar hair removal techniques is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for motivated candidates
Strong customer service skills with a genuine desire to connect with clients and enhance their experience
Knowledge of sanitation standards and best practices in a beauty or wellness setting
Ability to work efficiently while maintaining attention to detail during treatments
Excellent communication skills to educate clients clearly about procedures and aftercare
A positive attitude, energetic approach, and eagerness to learn new skills in the beauty industry
