Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee nightly operations across MSP program areas
• Support management in policy implementation




• Facilitate staff training and crisis intervention
• Provide administrative assistance as needed
• Collect and report monthly program statistics

Requirements:
• Minimum two years' experience in the sector
• Proficiency in computers and organizational skills
• Solid communication abilities
• Understanding of PHIA regulations
• Ability to work flexible shifts as needed
