Responsibilities
Greet customers warmly and assist them with their shopping needs in a lively, professional manner
Conduct product demos to showcase features and benefits, helping customers make informed decisions
Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions clearly and confidently in multiple languages if applicable
Support merchandising efforts by organizing displays and ensuring products are well-stocked and visually appealing
Handle cash transactions accurately using POS (Point of Sale) systems, including cash handling and basic math calculations
Upsell complementary products to maximize sales opportunities while maintaining a positive shopping experience
Manage time effectively to assist multiple customers efficiently during busy periods
Qualifications
Currently enrolled as a student with flexible availability for part time shifts
Bilingual or multilingual skills are highly desirable to serve diverse customer needs
Prior retail or sales experience is a plus but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are essential
Solid communication skills with the ability to explain product features clearly and confidently
Basic math skills for cash handling and POS transactions
Excellent organizational skills to maintain tidy displays and manage stock levels
Demonstrated customer service orientation with friendly phone etiquette and professional demeanor
