This position involves frequent interaction with customers and leading team members in a fast-paced environment.

Job Title: Supervisor

Supervisory Duties Include:
Ensuring that quality customer service standards are achieved
Helping your team understand their duties or delegated tasks
Training current team members
Monitoring employee productivity and providing constructive feedback
Use conflict resolution and problem solving skills
Planning, organizing and controlling daily operations
Managing curb appeal of the site by delegating appropriate tasks
Directing cars onto the tunnel wash conveyor
Supervising customer/vehicle flows




Providing customers with a great understanding of the benefits of our products and services
Month end duties such as stock control and inventory management
Additional duties as assigned or required

Our Qualifications:
A minimum of 1 -2 years of previous supervisory experience
Mature, confident team player with a can-do attitude
Ability to demonstrate extreme organization in a fast paced environment while acting as a team player
Must possess superior verbal and written communication skills
Solid computer literacy including MS Office , Outlook and Excel
Some ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
