Duties
Supervise and oversee daily operations of the department or team
Provide leadership and guidance to team members
Set performance goals and objectives for the team
Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing feedback and coaching as needed
Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a professional manner
Collaborate with other departments to improve overall business operations
Maintain accurate records and reports

Requirements
Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role
Strong sales and customer service skills
Excellent organizational and time management abilities
Ability to recruit, train, and motivate team members
Bilingual language skills preferred
Proficient in cash handling procedures




Knowledge of market trends and competition
Ability to make informed buying decisions
