The Student

Assistant position is permanent with a work schedule of 5.75 hours per day. You will assist students in mobility and personal care while ensuring their safety and well-being during school activities, including trips and events. Required training may include Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or Special Education to help you succeed in this role. Key Responsibilities:
Provide personal care and mobility support to students
Facilitate participation in school events and activities




Follow emergency procedures during school operations
Maintain confidentiality regarding students and school operations
Transport students to designated pick-up and drop-off locations Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent is mandatory
Experience with children in work or volunteer settings
Preferred training in First Aid and behaviour management
Criminal background check is required
