program design and equipment use.Provides tours of the facilities for potential fitness members.Educates the public on issues of fitness and active lifestyles.Creates an environment where participants strive to participate fully, perform the best of their ability, and learn new skills.Acts as a positive role model for members and co-workers.Responds to customers on a daily basis in person and occasionally by phone.Interacts with the public on a regular basis and promotes Town programs to customers.Listens to feedback from customers and responds in a professional and knowledgeable manner.Monitoring of membership cards and pay-go customers – i.E. ensuring
