You will work with your branch team members to deliver a high-quality customer experience that exceeds customer expectations through the following tasks:Deliver FGI products to customers on designated routes while building strong relationships with customersLoad materials into the vehicle and install straps, bracing, or padding to prevent shifting or damage in transitCheck all load–related documentation to ensure that it is complete and accurateReport any missing or damaged product to management and follow upPick up cores and any return merchandise and tag at the branch for vendor returnAssist inside warehouse between deliveries Other duties as assignedWhat We Require:5 years of total driving experience with no major driving infractions, combined with strong knowledge of Thunder Bay and surrounding areas — you know the traffic patterns, not just the roadsMinimum 1-2 years of courier-related driving with strong customer service experience preferred, combined with a high school diploma or other equivalency certificateMust be able to meet the physical requirements: Occasionally lift up to 75 – 100lbs, sit for long periods of time,
