The Intermediate Business Analyst supports the delivery, oversight, and continuous improvement of critical banking operations across Retail Banking, Customer Communications, Vendor Management, Card Production, Customer Fulfillment, and Digital Messaging Services. Working closely with Senior Business Analysts, internal business partners, and external vendors, the incumbent is responsible for supporting operational excellence, issue resolution, regulatory and the successful delivery of customer-facing services.This role supports the reliable delivery of customer communications, card services, and vendor-supported operational processes by coordinating day-to-day activities, resolving issues, supporting projects, and maintaining solid vendor relationships.
