Working closely with the Operations, Customer Service, Supply Chain, Regulatory, and Warehouse teams, the Product Data Coordinator will be responsible for maintaining accurate product information, supporting operational projects, coordinating communications with warehouses and trading partners.
This role is ideal for an individual who is highly organized, attentive to detail, comfortable working with data, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Product Data & Item Management
- Create and maintain item master records in ERP systems.
- Coordinate new item setup and changes with customers, suppliers, and warehouses.
- Maintain product attributes including:
- Dimensions
- Weights
- Case pack configurations
- GTINs and UPCs
- Regulatory information
- Review and audit data for accuracy and completeness.
GS1 & Regulatory Administration
- Manage GS1 product registrations and updates.
- Support retailer compliance programs.
- Coordinate responses to product data validation requests.
- Assist with packaging stewardship and recycling reporting.
- Support regulatory documentation requirements.
Warehouse & Supply Chain Coordination
- Liaise with third-party warehouses and logistics providers.
- Communicate item setup requirements and operational changes.
- Monitor inventory-related data issues and resolve discrepancies.
Reporting & Process Improvement
- Generate operational reports and KPI summaries.
- Investigate and resolve product data discrepancies.
- Support ERP, reporting, and data integrity initiatives.
Qualifications
- 3 years of experience in an operations, supply chain, or product data role.
- Post-secondary education in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, or related field preferred.
- Solid proficiency with:
- Microsoft Excel
- Microsoft Office 365
- Teams
- Outlook
- Experience with ERP systems (Dynamics 365 preferred).
- Experience working with product master data and item setup.
- Knowledge of GS1 standards is considered a strong asset.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

- Warehouse and logistics operations
- GS1 and retailer onboarding requirements
- Stewardship and recycling reporting
Pay: $60,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
