We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Product Manager to support product strategy, development and delivery. You will collaborate with customers, stakeholders and cross-functional teams to identify opportunities,

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in defining product vision, goals and road map.
- Gather and analyse customer and business requirements.
- Conduct market and competitor research.
- Create and prioritise product requirements and user stories.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Scrum Masters and development teams.
- Monitor product development and delivery milestones.
- Analyse customer feedback and identify product improvement opportunities.
- Support product testing, validation and release activities.
- Track product performance and prepare reports.
- Maintain product documentation and road-maps.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure product goals are achieved.
- Support continuous product improvement initiatives.
