You will be responsible for all aspects of merchandise handling, from ordering to inventory, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards while fostering a cooperative team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide direction to Produce Utility Clerks daily
• Organize and maintain produce display quality and stock levels
• Conduct effective training and performance coaching
• Ensure a clean, secure working workplace
• Manage inventory processes, including receiving and verifying shipments
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Six months of related retail experience
• Familiarity with basic merchandising principles
• Competency in Microsoft Office applications
• Experience with Kronos preferred
