Beanwise is looking for an experienced, customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our Mississauga location. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys selling through conversation — explaining, demonstrating, and recommending products — and who takes pride in knowing what they sell. If you like talking to customers, answering questions, and guiding confident purchasing decisions, this role will suit you well.

What You’ll Do
Deliver an exceptional customer experience through knowledgeable, friendly, and confident service
Engage customers through conversation-based selling, not pressure
Demonstrate espresso machines and explain features, benefits, and differences
Recommend coffees, teas, and syrups daily based on customer preferences and needs
Share product knowledge in a explicit, approachable way that builds trust and drives sales
Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked sales floor
Process transactions accurately using POS systems
Receive,



stock, and merchandise inventory
Lift, move, and handle products up to 50 lbs regularly and safely
Work independently and collaboratively to support daily sales goals

What We’re Looking For
Minimum 1 year of retail sales experience
Comfortable talking with customers throughout the day and explaining products in detail
Strong communication and listening skills
Confidence demonstrating products and making recommendations
Interest in or enthusiasm for coffee and specialty beverages (training provided)
Full open availability (days, evenings, and weekends)
Reliable, punctual, and skilled
Comfortable standing and moving throughout the shift
