We’re seeking ahands-on Staff DevOps Engineerto own architecture, automation, and scaleout of our Google Cloud Platform infrastructure. You’ll work closely with software engineers to deliverAI-ready, production-grade systemsthat are secure, resilient, and built for speed.

What You’ll Do - Architect, automate, and scale secure infrastructure onGoogle Cloud Platform.
Build and maintainCI/CD pipelinesfor rapid, reliable delivery.
Collaborate with engineering teams to designproduction-ready AI/ML systems.
Monitor, optimize, and secure all settings forperformance, uptime, and scalability. What We’re Looking For:

Experience - 10+ yearsin DevOps, Infrastructure, SRE, or Platform Engineering (hands-on IC).
Startup experience (early-stage preferred). Additional background at larger tech companies (e.g., Shopify) is a plus.
Deep expertise withGCP (compute, networking, storage,



security).
Proven experience integratingAI/ML systems in production.
Bonus: Founder/CTO background, or 5+ years at a successful startup.

Skills - CI/CD, containerization, automated testing.
Kubernetesexpertise.
Distributed systems & cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure).
Database & infra stack:Postgres, Turbopuffer, OpenAI.
Platform telemetry, performance, scalability, uptime ownership. Attributes - Founder-levelownership, speed, and ambition.
Quick learner, thrives inhigh-stakes, high-velocity environments.
Solid communicator and collaborator.
