Job Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough consultations with clients to understand their needs and preferences
Perform high-quality scalp massages and related services (full training provided)
Recommend and upsell appropriate products and additional services
Maintain a clean, qualified work environment
Provide exceptional customer service throughout the client experience

Qualifications:
Previous experience in a spa or salon environment is highly preferred
Robust customer service and interpersonal skills
Very strong English language skills; ability to communicate clearly and professionally
Proven sales experience and ability to upsell effectively
Hard-working, responsible, and able to work independently
Excellent problem-solving skills
Professional attitude and appearance
Ability to maintain high standards of service and professionalism
