Are you a positive, detail-oriented worker who thrives in a fast-paced and supportive environment? Sweetapolita is looking for a Production Associate to join our team and help bring our whimsical, colourful creations to life!

What you’ll be doing:

- Completing daily tasks, workflows, and priorities to keep orders on track
- Ensuring quality control so every product meets our high Sweetapolita standards
- Hands-on production, including but not limited to; packaging, labelling, following recipes, cleaning and maintenance.
- Collaborating with management to improve processes and maintain a safe, happy workplace.
- Regularly lifting 50lb boxes, moving around a 8500sqf warehouse and standing for extended periods.
- All other duties as requested by management.

What we’re looking for:

- Experience in a production, food service or manufacturing environment
- Experience with food safety and production processes
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to problem-solve and thrive in a rapid-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Willingness to perform repetitive tasks that require accuracy and speed
- A positive attitude and a love for colourful, creative products!
