We are looking for a Production – Service Coordinator to join our team. This role is responsible for coordinating customer orders, production activities, work orders, and internal logistics to ensure work is completed accurately and on schedule.

The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and able to communicate effectively with customers and internal teams in a fast-paced production environment.

Responsibilities

- Compile and review customer orders, instructions, and service requirements to ensure accurate processing.
- Develop and prioritize work plans based on customer requirements, production capacity, and deadlines.
- Organize and coordinate daily tasks to ensure work is completed efficiently and on schedule.
- Plan and coordinate operational logistics between production, warehouse, and other internal departments.
- Create, track, and follow up on work orders from initial request through completion.
- Monitor production progress and provide updates on outstanding or delayed work.
- Coordinate closely with warehouse and production teams to ensure materials, information,



and resources are available when needed.
- Identify and follow up on issues, delays, or discrepancies related to work orders and coordinate appropriate solutions.
- Perform general administrative and office duties, including data entry, filing, documentation, and maintaining records.
- Maintain clear and timely communication with customers and internal teams regarding order status and production requirements.

Qualifications & Skills
- Previous experience in production coordination, service coordination, manufacturing, logistics, or a similar role is an asset.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
- Excellent communication and follow-up skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively with production and warehouse teams in a fast-paced setting.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Pay: $20.00-$23.00 per hour
