Schedule: Day Shift
Do you have an interest in technical testing, quality control, and problem-solving? Join our team as a Production Test Technician.
In this role, you will be responsible for performing the tests, inspections, and verifications required to ensure that products meet quality requirements and established specifications. You will carry out your work in accordance with procedures, work instructions, and applicable safety standards, while contributing to the continuous improvement of manufacturing processes.
Responsibilities
- Perform product testing, inspections, and verifications in accordance with established procedures, work instructions, and test plans;
- Carry out pre-test activities on new products to validate product quality and manufacturing processes;
- Participate in Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) activities and perform the required checks before product release;
- Identify, analyze, and document anomalies or non-conformities, then collaborate with the appropriate teams to determine root causes and implement corrective actions;
- Maintain up-to-date test results, records, and required documentation, ensuring compliance with quality requirements, traceability standards, and applicable regulations.
Candidate Profile
- College diploma (DEC) in Electronics, Electrical Engineering Technology, Automation,
Instrumentation, or a related field, or equivalent experience;
- Experience in a manufacturing environment, technical testing, or quality control (an asset);
- Ability to interpret instructions, procedures, and technical documentation;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills;
- Enjoys repetitive work and is able to maintain a consistent production pace.
