Account & Project Manager – Signage

We are a growing signage company specializing in indoor and outdoor signage, wayfinding systems, wall murals, vinyl graphics, window graphics, and custom signage solutions.

We’re looking for a motivated, personable, and results-driven Account & Project Manager to join our team.

This is a sales-focused role for someone who enjoys building relationships, finding new business opportunities, and helping clients bring their signage and branding projects to life. You’ll manage your clients from the initial conversation and quote through production and installation.

What You’ll Do

- Develop new business and generate sales opportunities
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
- Meet with clients to understand their signage and branding needs
- Recommend signage, graphics, wayfinding, and visual communication solutions
- Prepare estimates, quotes, and proposals
- Follow up on leads, quotes, and potential projects
- Manage client accounts and identify opportunities for repeat business
- Coordinate projects from initial sale through design, production, and installation
- Work closely with our design, production, and installation teams
- Communicate project timelines, requirements, and updates to clients
- Conduct site visits and gather project details when required
- Ensure projects are completed accurately and clients receive a great overall experience

- Organized and comfortable managing multiple projects at once




- Self-motivated and confident developing new business
- Comfortable speaking with business owners, contractors, property managers, designers, and other decision-makers
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Ability to understand measurements, drawings, specifications, and project requirements
- Experience in signage, printing, construction, graphics, architectural products, or a related industry is an asset
- Previous B2B sales or account management experience is an asset
- Valid driver’s licence and ability to attend client meetings and site visits

We’re looking for someone who takes ownership of their accounts and projects. You should be comfortable prospecting for new clients, closing opportunities, and then managing those relationships and projects after the sale.
