About the Company
Help Shape the Future of Quebec's Arts & Culture Sector. Are you passionate about arts, culture, community building, and leadership development? YES Employment + Entrepreneurship is launching an exciting new pilot initiative designed to strengthen leadership capacity and succession planning within Quebec's English-speaking arts and culture sector. We're looking for a highly organized and relationship-oriented Project Coordinator to help bring this vision to life.
About the Role The Project Coordinator will lead the day-to-day coordination of the Arts & Culture Leadership Program, working closely with participants, arts organizations, facilitators, and community partners to ensure the successful delivery of workshops, networking opportunities, evaluation activities, and project operations. During periods of reduced project activity, the successful candidate will also support broader Arts Services initiatives, including events, exhibitions, networking activities, and special projects.
Responsibilities
Program Coordination
- Coordinate program implementation and daily operations
- Support participant recruitment, onboarding, and engagement
- Coordinate workshops, networking activities, and graduation events
- Maintain project schedules, records, and documentation
Partnership & Stakeholder Engagement
- Support relationships with facilitators, mentors, organizations, and partners
- Coordinate communications and participant follow-up
- Assist with outreach and partnership development initiatives
Evaluation & Reporting
- Track participation, outcomes, and project metrics
- Coordinate surveys and feedback collection
- Support reporting and funder documentation
- Contribute to continuous improvement efforts
Qualifications
- DEC, post-secondary certification, or equivalent combination of education and experience in arts administration, nonprofit project coordination, communications, community development, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in project or program coordination
- Strong organizational, event planning, and communication skills
- Experience in the arts, culture, nonprofit, or community sector (asset)
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft 365 and digital collaboration tools
- Passion for community impact and relationship building

Pay Range and Work Conditions
- Salary: $45,000-$50,000
- Full time, 18-month contract
