Our client is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join their team in North Vancouver. Key Responsibilities Review and interpret project drawings, plans, and specifications to support execution Assist in preparing cost estimates, budgets, and construction schedules Support field operations by providing technical guidance and construction best practices Track and monitor project costs, performance, and financial reporting Establish and maintain project cost codes and documentation Assist with subcontractor coordination, procurement, and documentation Maintain accurate project records, reporting,



and document control What You Bring 3+ years of experience in heavy civil, foundation, or construction projects Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering Technology Solid understanding of cost control, estimating, and project planning Proficiency in Excel, AutoCAD, MS Project, and Microsoft Office tools Knowledge of construction methods, safety standards, and industry practices Strong communication and collaboration skills Excellent problem-solving, organisation, and time management abilities A proactive mindset with a strong desire to learn, grow, and contribute Project scheduling and planning (MS Project or Primavera) Cost estimation and budget tracking Document control and reporting Strong analytical skills and attention to detail Effective communication and teamwork Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, field-driven environment Salary Range: $75,000 – $95,000 per year What They Offer Competitive base salary with bonus eligibility Company-paid RRSP program 14 statutory holidays per year Ongoing professional development and career growth opportunities The opportunity to grow within a family-owned, industry-leading organization in BC
