We are seeking an experienced Residential Project Manager / Estimator to oversee single-family home construction and renovation projects in Delta, BC. This full-time role is ideal for a professional with hands-on experience building custom single-family homes and managing residential renovations from preconstruction budgeting through final completion.This position combines detailed estimating, client coordination, subcontractor management, and in office oversight to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to high-quality craftsmanship standards. The ideal candidate understands residential construction sequencing, cost control, and homeowner communication within the Greater Vancouver market.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare comprehensive estimates, quantity takeoffs, and proposals for single-family homes and residential renovation projects in Delta, BC Manage projects from design development and permitting through construction and final handover Coordinate subcontractors, trades, inspections, suppliers, and material deliveries Monitor project schedules, budgets, job costs, and change orders to maintain profitability Conduct regular site visits to ensure workmanship quality, safety compliance, and project progress Communicate effectively with homeowners, designers, consultants,
