We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Sous Chef to join the leadership team at a busy, well-established independent breakfast and brunch restaurant in North Vancouver.

This is a great chance for a passionate kitchen professional who enjoys a fast-paced environment, takes pride in consistency and quality, and wants to be part of a robust team without the late nights that come with traditional restaurant schedules.

We’re looking for someone who leads by example, stays organized under pressure, and is excited to help develop a team while delivering an exceptional guest experience every service.

Responsibilities:
Support the day-to-day operation of the kitchen.
Lead service and maintain high standards of food quality, consistency, and presentation.
Coach, mentor, and support kitchen team members.
Assist with ordering, inventory, prep planning, and food cost control.
Maintain excellent standards for cleanliness, organization, and food safety.
Work closely with management to improve systems and kitchen operations.

What We’re Looking For:
Previous experience as a Sous Chef, Kitchen Manager, or experienced Senior Line Cook.




Strong leadership and communication skills.
Experience in a high-volume breakfast, brunch, or lunch environment is an asset.
Ability to stay calm and organized during busy services.
A positive, team-focused attitude and passion for hospitality.
Someone who takes pride in their craft and wants to grow with a restaurant
