We are seeking a skilled and dedicated chef to lead our culinary team and ensure the delivery of exceptional dining experiences. The ideal candidate will have experience cooking with a forno pizza oven. possess solid leadership qualities, extensive restaurant and kitchen experience, and a passion for food preparation and service. Responsibilities
Supervise daily kitchen operations, ensuring smooth workflow and high-quality food preparation
Oversee food handling, safety, and sanitation procedures in compliance with health regulations
Lead food preparation and cooking processes to meet menu specifications and presentation standards
Manage team members, including training, scheduling, and performance management
Coordinate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless serving of dishes and excellent customer service
Maintain inventory levels, order supplies, and manage kitchen equipment maintenance




Develop recent menu items in collaboration with culinary management while maintaining consistency with existing offerings
Uphold a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, professionalism, and hospitality excellence

Requirements
Proven supervising experience in a restaurant or food service environment
Extensive background in food preparation, cooking, and kitchen operations
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse team effectively
Knowledge of food safety standards and proper handling procedures
Experience in restaurant management or hospitality industry preferred
Excellent communication skills and ability to coordinate across departments
Demonstrated ability to serve high-quality dishes consistently under pressure
Passion for the food industry with a commitment to culinary excellence
Prior experience in food service or restaurant settings is essential

Pay: $23.00-$30.00 per hour
