Must have a high school diploma




Ability to communicate easily in French and English (spoken and written)
Have a valuable knowledge and understanding of the laws, regulations, directives, policies and procedures of the various programs of the department
Have a good knowledge of various computer programs in order to be able to complete the documents necessary for data entry
Good writing, translation, calculating and analytical skills. A criminal record check must be provided upon hiring only (dated no longer than three months prior to the date when it has been requested) and is a condition of employment.
