Job Title: Solder Assembler

Job Function In this role you will:
Assist in the manufacture electronic components and assemblies to ensure conformance with specifications and tolerances
Build products to specifications
Solder (SMT) surface mount electronics components (There will be a test during the interview)
Sew and glue materials to specifications
Use comprehensive build instructions to manufacture products

Requirements
Minimum of 2 years experience in a related field
Completion of a post-secondary program in a related discipline preferred
Demonstrated ability to take initiative and responsibility in a team workplace




Knowledge of electronics preferred
Strong communications and interpersonal skills, proficiency in both written and oral English is an absolute essential requirement.
Solid soldering and rework skills
IPC A 610 and JSTD certification an asset
Familiarity with ISO, FDA, or six-sigma an asset
Canadian citizen or permanent resident legally permitted to work in Canada
Sewing experience

Schedule: 8 hour shift
