We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our client's team as a Service Team Lead. Responsibilities - Manage the flow of work through the Service Department from customer interactions through to repair completion and invoicing.
Collaborate with the Service Manager to uphold high labour performance standards by increasing service labour sales and technician productivity.
Maintain a high Customer Satisfaction rating by ensuring quality service delivery and resolving customer concerns effectively. Qualifications - 5+ years of experience in AG Service Department operations.




Agricultural Equipment Technician Journeyperson certification (or equivalent).
