Overview

We are seeking a vigilant and dependable Security Guard to ensure the safety and security of our premises, staff, and visitors. The ideal candidate will have a strong sense of responsibility, excellent observational skills, and the ability to respond effectively to various security situations. This role is vital in maintaining a secure workplace through proactive surveillance and loss prevention measures.

Duties
Monitor and patrol designated areas to prevent unauthorized access, theft, or vandalism
Conduct regular surveillance using CCTV systems and other security equipment
Maintain detailed logs of daily activities, incidents, and security breaches
Enforce property rules and regulations to ensure safety of all personnel and visitors
Collaborate with law enforcement or emergency services when necessary
Conduct loss prevention activities to minimize theft or damage
Provide assistance and directions to visitors as needed

Requirements

MUST HAVE:





Valid G drivers license clean driving record and driving for a minimum of 3 years ability to work nights
Prior experience in law enforcement, security, or related fields is preferred
Knowledge of surveillance systems, CCTV operation, and loss prevention techniques
Solid observational skills with keen attention to detail
Ability to remain calm and composed during high-pressure situations
Excellent communication skills for reporting incidents clearly and accurately
Physical fitness to perform patrols and respond quickly when required
Must be able to pass background checks and any necessary security clearances
