Job Title: Project Manager – Capital Markets

Location: Toronto, ON ( 3 days work from office)

Looking for an experienced Project Manager with 10+ years of experience managing complex business and technology initiatives within Capital Markets.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end delivery of Capital Markets projects.
- Manage project scope, timelines, risks, issues, dependencies, and budgets.
- Coordinate across Front Office, Middle Office, Back Office, technology, and operations teams.
- Manage multiple workstreams, application implementations, and system integrations.
- Provide project status updates and reporting to senior stakeholders.
- Drive delivery using Agile/Scrum and Waterfall methodologies.

Required Skills
- 10+ years of Project Management experience.
- Strong Capital Markets / Investment Banking experience.
- Good understanding of the front-to-back trade lifecycle.
- Experience with enterprise application delivery and system integrations.
- Robust Agile/Scrum, SDLC, stakeholder management, and project governance skills.
- Experience with JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- PMP or Agile/Scrum certification is preferred.
