Job Title: Project Manager (Commercial and Institutional Construction)

Location: Edmonton, Alberta

Salary: $120,000 - $145,000 annually (based on experience)

What You'll Do:

- Lead construction projects from planning through completion.
- Manage budgets, schedules, contracts, procurement, and project performance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and project stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Project Coordinators, Site Superintendents,



and leadership teams.
- Monitor project financials, mitigate risks, and drive successful project outcomes.

What We're Looking For:

- 7-10 years of Project Management experience in commercial, institutional, or public-sector construction.
- Strong knowledge of construction contracts, budgeting, scheduling, and procurement.
- Proven ability to build strong client and stakeholder relationships.
- Demonstrated leadership experience managing project teams and priorities.
- Solid communication, problem-solving, and decision‑making skills with a collaborative approach.
