Job Title: Project Manager 1
Location: G3 Head Office (On-Site) Our Project Manager I plays a key role in driving projects from concept to completion. Responsible for managing the technical, functional, and financial aspects of multiple concurrent initiatives, this individual combines strong project management expertise with a customer-focused mindset. Success in this role requires the ability to build relationships, navigate complex priorities, and work collaboratively to deliver exceptional outcomes for stakeholders and sponsors.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Identify and schedule project deliverables, milestones, and required activities and tasks.
Provide leadership and motivation to project team members throughout the project life cycle and confer with project staff to outline a work plan.
Establish a work plan and staffing for project activities, iterations, or phases, and arrange for recruitment or assignment of project personnel.
Analyze project proposals to determine a time frame, funding limitations and appropriate processes for accomplishing projects.
Monitor project activities, ensuring the currency, quality, and integrity of information, while providing consistency in content and “look and feel” across the organization.
Ensure that project goals are in line with business objectives.
Ensure that project goals are achieved.
Communicate status on projects to stakeholders.
Establish standards and procedures for project reporting and documentation.
Establish and lead change management activities for projects and initiatives.
Can be called on to assist with Business Analysis tasks where required PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS &
EXPERIENCE: Education/ Training Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, Mathematics, or equivalent relevant work experience.
Experience Proven experience managing projects and delivering successful outcomes.
Strong understanding of project management principles, including scope, schedule, budget, and stakeholder management.
Ability to identify, understand, and communicate customer and business needs.
Demonstrated initiative, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Strong relationship-building and communication skills with clients, sponsors, and team members.
Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a team-oriented team environment.
