Project Manager – ICI Construction | Mississauga, ON

Compensation: $120,000–$150,000 bonus & benefits

Our client, an established General Contractor based in Mississauga, is looking to add an experienced Project Manager to their growing construction team.

This is an prospect to join a well-established builder delivering a range of ICI construction projects while working within a collaborative environment that offers long-term career development and progression.

The Role

As Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing projects from planning through execution and close-out, coordinating internal teams, consultants, trades and clients to ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule and within budget.

Responsibilities will include

- Develop and manage project schedules, budgets and overall execution plans

- Coordinate project teams, subcontractors, consultants and other stakeholders

- Monitor project costs, forecasts, commitments and potential cost-saving opportunities

- Manage contracts, subcontracts, change orders and project documentation

- Identify project risks and develop solutions before they impact delivery

- Track milestones, critical path activities and overall construction progress

- Maintain regular communication with clients and project stakeholders





- Ensure quality control and health & safety requirements are maintained throughout construction

- Prepare project reporting including cost, schedule, progress and risk updates

- Support and mentor junior members of the project team

The Ideal Candidate
- 5 years of construction project management experience

- Experience working with a General Contractor on ICI construction projects

- Strong understanding of construction practices, contracts, scheduling and cost management

- Proven ability to coordinate multiple trades, consultants and project stakeholders

- Strong communication, leadership and problem-solving skills

- Ability to manage competing priorities and changing project requirements

- Diploma or degree in Construction Management, Engineering or a related discipline is preferred

- Experience with Procore is considered an asset
