We are a commercial construction company, specializing in service, facilities and tenant improvements looking for the right candidate to join our team in the office. What is the right candidate? Simply - someone that primarily fits in well with the team and has experience in coordination or service in either a construction or trade industry.

This position is extremely open ended to growth. Do you want to get more involved in construction knowledge and become a project manager? Great! Or is maintaining a coordinator level position your ideal job? Also great!

Job Summary

- The Project/Service Coordinator will be the first point of contact between clients, techs and subcontractors
- Discern information from clients, then translate to work orders for techs
- Create quotes and work orders within our software
- Schedule jobs between clients, techs and subcontractors
- Provide support to techs as needed




- Order materials and schedule deliveries from suppliers
- Manage and submit documentation

What we're looking for
- Relevant experience in the construction/trades industry in a coordinator role
- Computer literate. We don't need an Excel master, but you should be able to organize your emails and files on a server easily.
- Strong English skills. This position involves a fair bit of phone calls taking down detailed information from clients and subcontractors

What We Offer
- Salary. Range is dependent on relevant experience. The lower end would be someone who has some relevant experience that can learn the ropes, while the higher end would be for someone who's experience lines up perfectly with what we do.

Pay: $70,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
