Overview

Responsibilities

Reporting to the Supervisor, Scheduling Services, the Scheduler functions as a frontline member of Scheduling. As a primary point of contact, this role requires strong customer service and interpersonal skills to respond professionally, courteously, and effectively to staff and leadership. The position operates within a dynamic,



fast‑paced environment and involves frequent transitions between phone‑based communication and computer‑based tasks, requiring robust organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining a high standard of service.

Qualifications

Education, Training, and Experience: Grade 12 and three years of recent, related experience; or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.

Skills and Abilities

- Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.

- Physical ability to carry out the duties of the position.
