Manager of Quality and Risk Management1 FTE Thunder Bay SiteOne of a network of provincial community health centres, the NorWest Community Health Centres is a community based, non-profit organization funded by Ontario Health, emphasizing access to primary health care and prevention programs and services.Reporting to the Director of Organizational Health, the Manager of Quality and Risk Management as a valuable member of the Norwest Community Health Centre team, leads Quality Improvement planning and Risk Management across the organization while working in collaboration with managers, staff, and partnering community clinics; to provide high qualityservice delivery.The Manager of Quality and Risk Management supports the development and monitoring of annual program plans, provides support and collaboration across program services; and provides leadershipand technical expertise on an on-going basis for various initiatives while also providing oversight of program function, staffing, and reporting requirements.The position has a competitive salary, the Health Care of Ontario Pension Plan, and an excellent group health benefits package.The salary range for this position is from $79,673 to $92,304 per year.
