Responsibilities
Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and delivery documentation
Prepare outgoing shipments by selecting, packing, and labeling products with precision
Operate forklifts, reach trucks, and other warehouse equipment safely to load and unload goods
Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS), MRP (Material Requirements Planning), and AS400 software for inventory tracking and order processing
Maintain accurate records of all shipping and receiving activities, including logs and reports
Assist with order picking using order pickers and ensure proper packaging for safe transit




Support warehouse distribution tasks to optimize space utilization and streamline workflow

Qualifications
Previous warehouse experience with shipping & receiving duties preferred
Valid forklift certification; experience operating reach trucks highly desirable
Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS), MRP, and AS400 platforms
Strong basic math skills for inventory counts, measurements, and calculations
Ability to perform order picking accurately in an e-commerce or distribution setting
Experience with load & unload procedures using various warehouse equipment
Excellent attention to detail, organization skills, and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
