Our Meadow Lake Protex Environmental office is seeking a Service Coordinator to act as the central point of communication for our customers and field teams. In this dispatch-focused role, you will be responsible for managing incoming service inquiries and efficiently coordinating with our service personnel to ensure timely and effective solutions for our clients. Here's a look at what a typical day at work can look like:
Communicate professionally with current and potential customers
Process recent customer acquisition forms and paperwork
Coordinate and organize work schedules for operators and technicians
Prepare Work Orders for daily assignments to division personnel
Prepare Invoices from completed and submitted work orders
Report problems and unresolved issues to the Operations Manager
Use innovative thinking to suggest methods to improve customer service and client relationships
Other duties as assigned by the management team

Requirements
Excellent skilled communication skills in English (written and verbal)
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)




Experience with or knowledge of Heavy Commercial vehicles is an asset
A highly motivated, organized, and productive work ethic
A strong commitment to safety in the workplace
