Overview

We are seeking a motivated Shop Cleaner to join our team and ensure our manufacturing space remains spotless.

This vital role supports our operations by keeping the shop floor clean and tidy.

Duties
Perform routine cleaning of shop floors, workstations, and common areas using appropriate cleaning tools and supplies. Sweeping, using floor cleaning machine, empty garbage and recycling. Tidy lunchroom.
Maintain cleanliness of machinery from time to time, wiping down machinery.
Dispose of waste materials properly and manage recycling processes in accordance with company policies.
Follow safety protocols during cleaning procedures to prevent accidents or hazards
Prior experience in commercial cleaning or facilities maintenance is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate




Robust attention to detail and a proactive approach to cleanliness and safety
Ability to work independently and efficiently in a rapid-paced environment
Good physical stamina for standing, bending, lifting, and moving throughout the shift
Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment is a plus

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
