Duties
Greet customers warmly and listen carefully to understand their vehicle concerns and service needs
Explain repair procedures and estimates clearly, ensuring customers are informed every step of the way
Coordinate with technicians to prioritize repairs and ensure timely completion of services
Upsell additional maintenance or repair services that benefit the customer’s vehicle and safety
Handle cash transactions accurately, including invoicing and payment processing
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions,



service orders, and vehicle histories
Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business

Qualifications
Previous dealership experience or automotive service background preferred
Robust mechanical knowledge with an understanding of automotive repair processes
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, skilled demeanor
Proven ability in sales and upselling techniques to maximize service opportunities
Experience handling cash transactions accurately and responsibly
Familiarity with automotive parts, systems, and repair terminology beneficial
Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
