Duties
Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their dining experience
Clear tables promptly and efficiently, maintaining a clean and organized dining area
Assist with food orders, ensuring orders are accurate and timely
Maintain cleanliness of dining spaces, including wiping down tables, chairs, and service stations
Handle food safely by following proper food handling procedures and hygiene standards
Support kitchen staff by restocking supplies and assisting with basic food preparation when needed
Communicate effectively with team members to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction

Experience




Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key!
Solid customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and positively with guests and team members
Knowledge of cleaning protocols and food handling procedures to uphold hygiene standards
Experience in hospitality or hotel settings is a plus, demonstrating adaptability in fast-paced environments
Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a dynamic setting
Basic understanding of the food industry practices, including serving techniques and restaurant operations
