We are hiring experienced Servers to provide exceptional service to VIP guests in private suite boxes during a major outdoor event.
What You'll Do
Greet and engage with guests in a warm, qualified, and courteous manner.
Provide attentive and timely service throughout the event.
Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked service area.
Replenish buffet, snack, and service items as needed.
Review menu items in advance and confidently answer guest questions, including dietary accommodations.
Work closely with the team to ensure a smooth and enjoyable guest experience.
Follow all applicable AGCO regulations.
Requirements:
Valid Smart Serve certification is mandatory. Expired certificates or candidates currently applying for certification will not be accepted.
Solid server experience is required; VIP/event experience is an asset.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Must be comfortable working outdoors in the sun for 8–10 hours.
Must be qualified, reliable, and well-presented.
