Server — Wild Wing Wild Wing is looking for an enthusiastic, friendly, and reliable Server to join our team! As a Server, you’ll be responsible for providing excellent customer service while creating a fun and welcoming experience for our guests. You’ll work in a fast-paced team workplace where great communication, a positive attitude, and attention to detail are key.

Responsibilities
Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and skilled manner
Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system
Provide knowledgeable recommendations about menu items, specials, and beverages
Deliver food and drinks promptly and accurately
Check in with guests throughout their visit to ensure they are satisfied
Handle guest questions, requests, and concerns professionally
Process cash, debit, and credit payments accurately
Maintain clean and organized tables and service areas
Communicate effectively with kitchen, bar, and other team members
Follow all food safety, cleanliness,



and restaurant procedures
Work efficiently during busy periods while maintaining excellent service
Contribute to a positive, respectful, and team-oriented workplace

What We're Looking For:
Friendly, outgoing, and approachable personality
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
Reliable, punctual, and responsible
Comfortable working independently as well as part of a team
Previous serving experience is an asset, but we are willing to train the right person
Smart Serve certification is required
