Job Summary

We are seeking an enthusiastic and professional Server to join our agile hospitality team. The ideal candidate will deliver exceptional guest service, ensuring a memorable dining experience in a fine dine setup. This role involves taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for all patrons.

Previous experience in a restaurant setting is preferred, along with a solid understanding of food safety and guest relations. The successful applicant will be organised, efficient, and passionate about delivering high standards of service.

Duties
Greet guests warmly and present menus with enthusiasm
Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems or manually
Serve meals and drinks promptly while maintaining presentation standards
Ensure guest satisfaction by checking in during their meal and addressing any concerns
Upsell menu items to maximise sales opportunities
Handle payments accurately and provide correct change or receipts
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of tables, service stations, and dining areas
Assist in food preparation or kitchen duties when required, adhering to food safety standards
Follow health and safety regulations diligently,



including proper handling of food and beverages
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders

Qualifications
Extensive Knowledge of Indian Cuisine and Wine Pairing
Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant service is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided for the right candidate
Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper serving techniques
Basic maths skills for handling payments and bills accurately
Robust organisational skills with excellent time management abilities
Exceptional guest service skills with a friendly, professional demeanour
Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Valuable communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members
A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt in a team setting
