We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team in providing exceptional dining experiences for our residents. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality service, taking orders, and managing guest needs in a senior based environment. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for hospitality and the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere.

Duties
Greet and seat residents promptly with a friendly demeanor.
Present menus and provide detailed information about food and beverage offerings.
Take accurate food and drink orders
Upsell menu items to enhance the guest experience and increase sales.
Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to tables.
Monitor resident satisfaction throughout their dining experience and address any concerns promptly.
Sanitize tables, utensils, and service areas to maintain cleanliness and health standards.




Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow during busy periods.
Assist with training current staff members on service standards and procedures.

Skills
Solid knowledge of food handling practices to ensure safety and quality.
Excellent upselling techniques to enhance guest experience.
Familiarity with sanitation standards in the food industry.
Exceptional hospitality skills with a focus on guest services.
Previous experience in the Independent Senior Living industry is preferred but not mandatory.
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while maintaining a positive attitude under pressure.
