Responsibilities
Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their dining experience
Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS, ensuring timely delivery
Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining proper food handling and sanitation standards
Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
Manage cash handling responsibilities accurately, including cashiering and processing payments
Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining areas, and service stations in accordance with food safety guidelines




Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth food preparation and timely service for all guests

Requirements
Previous food service or restaurant experience preferred; familiarity with POS systems like Micros POS is a plus
Solid customer service skills with a positive attitude and excellent communication abilities
Knowledge of food handling, sanitation practices, and food safety regulations
Ability to manage time effectively in a quick-paced environment while multitasking efficiently
Basic math skills for order accuracy, cash handling, and billing procedures
Experience in serving or hospitality roles that demonstrate guest-focused service orientation
Willingness to learn about menu items, upselling techniques, and restaurant operations to enhance guest experiences
