Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional dining experiences for our guests. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring that customers have a pleasant experience from start to finish. Your ability to upsell menu items and maintain a clean and organized workspace will contribute significantly to our restaurant's success.

Responsibilities
Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner.
Take accurate food and drink orders using the POS system.
Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring presentation meets our standards.
Provide detailed information about menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods.
Upsell additional items to enhance the dining experience for guests.
Maintain cleanliness of tables, service areas, and kitchen equipment by following proper sanitation practices.
Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and giving change.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and address any customer concerns promptly.




Adhere to all food safety regulations and guidelines to ensure the health and safety of our guests.

Requirements
Previous experience in the food service or restaurant industry is preferred.
Knowledge of food safety practices is essential.
Strong upselling skills to enhance guest experiences.
Basic math skills for handling cash transactions effectively.
Familiarity with POS systems for order processing is a plus.
Ability to work in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact positively with guests and team members.
Must be able to work flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
